九拍教育科技集团由李红育老师于2003年创建，总部设立在天津市南开学府创新园区。2006年，注册成立了天津市九拍文化艺术发展有限公司，主要业务为音乐教育培训、乐器产品销售及文化交流活动。

九拍在京津地区已建立了9个直营校区，教学总面积5000多平方米，总投资额2000万元。截至2018年12月，九拍已经覆盖全国30个省、直辖市和自治区的530个城市，建立了1000个九拍加盟校区，23万多名学员在学，7000余名教师任教。

Headquarterd in Nancuiping Park of Tianjin, Nine Beats Education Instituion for Modern Music was established by Mr. Li Hongyu in 2003. In 2006, Tianjin Nine Beats Cultural and Art Development Co., Ltd. was founded and its major businesses are music education traning, musical instruments sales and cultural exchanging activities. In Tianjin, Nine Beats has established 8 centers directly under the management of the headquater, with a toal area of over 4500 square meter and a total investment of 15 million yuan.
